Role Description

This is a Contractual, on-field role for an Associate Business Consultant located in Telangana. The Associate Business Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business challenges, developing solutions, and providing strategic recommendations to clients. Daily tasks include conducting research, Onboarding colleges and companies, collaborating with client teams, and delivering actionable insights. The role also requires supporting the implementation of business strategies and offering consulting expertise for operational and financial improvements.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and derive insights

  • Experience in Consulting and Management Consulting, with a focus on identifying and solving business problems

  • Excellent Communication skills, including verbal and written communication to effectively collaborate with teams and clients

  • Knowledge of Finance principles and practices to recommend and implement financial strategies

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

  • Detail-oriented mindset with excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
