Refund Policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A full refund is available under the following conditions:

  • Time-Based Refund: You can request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

  • Course Progress: You must not have completed more than 15% of the course content, as tracked by our learning management system.

For live training sessions or cohort-based programs, a full refund is only available if the cancellation request is made at least 72 hours before the program's official start date.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:

  • After the Grace Period: No refunds will be provided after the initial 7-day purchase window.

  • High Course Completion: If you have completed more than 15% of the course material.

  • Live Session Missed: Refunds are not available for missed live classes or events.

  • Certification Fees: All fees related to certification assessments and digital certificates are non-refundable once the assessment link has been sent.

  • Violation of Terms: Refunds will not be issued if your access has been terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit an Email: Send an email to our support team at support@internview.com.

  2. Include Details: In your email, please provide the following information:

    • Your full name and registered email address.

    • The course or service name.

    • Your Order ID or a copy of the purchase receipt.

    • A brief reason for your refund request.

Our team will review your request and process it if all eligibility criteria are met.

 

 

Once your refund request is approved, the funds will be processed and returned to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement or credit card.

InterNview reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
